Meet our promoted team members

• Fiona Boyd – Director of Operations
  Fiona joined JW Hinks in 2015 and has consistently demonstrated her commitment, drive, and a remarkable ability to lead. Her promotion to Director of Operations is a testament to her leadership and the pivotal role she plays in our continued success. Fiona’s dedication to self-development, her capacity to view the firm holistically, and her undeniable passion for supporting staff and enhancing internal communications make her truly outstanding.
• Hannah Owen – Administration Manager
  Hannah’s organisational skills and proactive approach have been instrumental in ensuring smooth operations within the firm. Alongside her administrative role, she has been a key figure in rolling out the company’s wellbeing programme and has shown exceptional leadership in fostering charity partnerships. Her efforts have been truly inspirational, and her promotion to Administration Manager is a reflection of her invaluable contributions.
• Shannon Harris – Accounting Services Assistant Manager 
  Shannon joined our Accounting Services department in 2018 as a Student Accountant and has since become a key member of the team. After qualifying, she has navigated and contributed to many changes within the department, demonstrating adaptability, expertise, and a strong commitment to excellence. Her promotion to Assistant Manager is a testament to her hard work, professional growth, and dedication. We are excited to see Shannon thrive in her new role and continue making a valuable impact on the success of the department and the firm.
• James Williams – Pensions Audit Assistant Manager
  James first joined us in 2019 as a student accountant, eager to learn and grow in his career. Through dedication, hard work, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, he progressed to the role of Senior Accountant, where he has been instrumental in supporting clients and mentoring colleagues.  Now, as Assistant Manager, James will take on greater leadership responsibilities, working closely with our team and clients to continue providing the high-quality service that defines our firm. His journey is a testament to our commitment to professional development and the opportunities available for growth within our team.
