Birmingham-based Chartered Accountants JW Hinks LLP has welcomed a new trainee to its team as part of its drive to find and develop new talent.
Vicky Cook has joined the firm as an accounts assistant and is currently working towards completing her ACCA qualification with the support of JW Hinks.
She has joined JW Hinks from another local accountancy firm, where she had worked for two years. Prior to this she received a first class degree in Business Management from Coventry University.
At JW Hinks she will gain experience of different types of accounts preparation, book keeping and VAT returns, as she works towards becoming qualified.
Neal Aston, JW Hinks’ recently appointed Managing Partner, said: “Everyone at JW Hinks would like to offer Vicky a warm welcome. Investing in the next generation of accountants and tax advisers is an important part of what we do as a firm and we see it as a crucial element of the firm’s future success.
“I look forward to seeing what Vicky can achieve and hearing about her successes in the near future.”
JW Hinks is committed to training the next generation of accountants and invests heavily in the development of staff to ensure their clients receive a first-class service.
